Sarah’s Kitchen Gardens was one of the vendors at the show. What caught my eye was her idea for an indoor sprout garden. I had to pick it up & put it together right away. It goes a little something like this:
You’ll have to check back for the rest of the process… but if you’re interested in hearing things from a pro, Sarah’s blog post on the process can be found here. In the mean time, I’m excited to have a sprout-a-licious salad.
